The votes are in!

Thank you for all your input.  Jim Bob and I have FINALLY decided on an apartment.  We're going with apartment #1 (you know, the one in the nicer neighborhood, bigger bedrooms, new paint and cabinets, etc.).  I am excited and nervous.  It'll be nice to have our own place again but I'm worried about fitting everything into 1084 sq. feet.  I'm also a little apprehensive because you never really know what you're getting with housing until you get in there, but what can you do?  It looks good, smells new AND I'll have a bathroom on the same floor as my bedroom.  What more could you ask for?
